Marriott Hotel in Leicester

Opened in May 2006, the new Leicester Marriott Hotel forms a stunning gateway to such a vibrant region. The hotel, located minutes from the M1 links the North with the South and is only a short drive from Leicester's city centre. The hotel brings together the best in contemporary facilities.

UK Rigging brought their rigging expertise into the Meridian Hotel, to help attain the incredible entrance that Marriott were hoping for. UK Rigging were employed to install three enormous sheets of white, stretched, synthetic material into the ceiling of the main atrium.

UK Rigging adopted Marriott’s careful attention to detail so a perfect finished look was created.

Once the sheets were installed, they were down lit with soft, red lighting to produce an immense, but relaxing environment.
