Weight Supporting Truss Legs Notts Arena

When the Il Divo tour hit Nottingham Arena, the roof could not take the weight of the 10 tonne portrait video screen. Being house riggers at Nottingham Arena, UK Rigging came up with the idea of erecting giant truss legs spanning from the ground to the roof to support the excess weight. Trusses were also rigged between the grid to prevent the beams bending inwards under the force of the bridles that were to be rigged for the show.
