Although rigging appears to be merely a fearlessness of height combined with the use of various ropes, steels and shackles, there is actually much more involved! A certain depth of engineering knowledge, an understanding of the proper applications of equipment along with familiarity through experience, awareness of surrounding dangers and expertise, are essential in making a good rigger.
